Joseph V. Tesoriero, 86, of Panama City, died Sunday, September 09, 2007 in a local hospital. He was born February 17, 1921 in New York City. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was of the Catholic faith. He loved music and learned to play the saxophone and clarinet at an early age. Before his illness, he enjoyed playing with the band at Noah's Ark on Panama City Beach. He is survived by his wife, Helen Tesoriero, 2 daughters, Joyce Tesoriero; Patricia Abrams and husband, Michael; 3 stepchildren, Teresa Loanzon and husband, Roy; David Dinocola and wife, Karen; Andrew Dinocola and wife, Denise; 6 grandchildren, Jesica Abrams, Lisa Abrams, Ali Saslafsky, Leslie Owens, Michael Loanzon, David Dinocola, and Sara Dinocola. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1-3 p.m, and 6-7 p.m. Tuesday with a funeral service to be conducted at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. The family wishes to thank the loving and caring staff at Emerald Shores Rehab, Covenant Hospice, Gulf Coast Hospital, and Dr. Ayman Aboulela. The family expresses their thanks and gratitude for our friends that have visited Joseph and showed us so much love.
