Joseph Michael Guzzardo, 65, of Southport, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2019 in his home. He was born February 20, 1953 in Roslyn, New York. He was a retired truck driver. He served in the United States Marine Corp during the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his wife, Michele Guzzardo. He is survived by three children, Justin Guzzardo (Nicole); Joseph Guzzardo Jr., Christina Rose Stigler (Brad); five grandchildren, Madison, Nathan, Aidan, Mason, Amina; two sisters, Roseanne Muscatiello and Maria Guzzardo. Graveside services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
