Joseph Renshaw Cain, 78, of Panama City, went home to be with the Lord on July 7, 2020.  He was born April 10, 1942 in Shreveport, Louisiana.  He served in the United States Navy. He was the owner and operator of That Boot Store and worked for Arizona Chemical for 27 years.  He was also a Gideon. He was preceded in death by parents;  John and Katherine Cain and sister, Lenore Diem.  He is survived by his wife of 52 wonderful years, Charlotte Cain; 2 children, Irene Rapue (Wayne) and Janis Burke (Scott) and 1 granddaughter, Julia Burke.  Graveside services will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens with Rev. Henry Hazard and Rev. Brian Rice officiating. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make a donation to the Gideons International, PO Box 685, Panama City, Florida 32402 in memory of Joseph Cain.
