Jonathan O'Neal Carr passed away on March 26, 2024 in Panama City, Florida. Jonathan was born on July 3, 1982 to father Bill Carr (Michele) and mother Tracey Garrett Carr (Kevin Carter).  Jonathan was the oldest of three sons and survived by his brothers Stephen and Christopher Carr (Maggie), nephew, Camden Carr, four stepbrothers Christopher, Phillip and Matthew Salmons, James Waldrup and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.  He is predeceased by Grandparents, Anne Weaver Carr, Horace and Nona Carr, Travis and Betty Garrett, his Aunt, Tammy Garrett and cousins Travis Garrett and Michelle Broxson.

Jonathan grew up in Panama City. He attended Mosley High School and completed the basic welding program at Haney Vocational College.  One of Jonathan's passions was fishing. He loved hunting and all outdoor activities.  Jonathan was always looking forward to the next concert and he loved music.  He was cherished by his family and was always there if someone needed him.

Funeral services will be on March 29, 2024 at Wilson Funeral Home.  Visitation will be at 9 am followed by the service at 10 am. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Panama City, Florida.  Asked to serve as pallbearers are Robbie Johnson, Kel Mewbourne, Larry Miller, Ryan Moulder, Eric Spikes and Lane Workman.
