JOHN WAYNE THOMPSON
John Wayne Thompson, 62, of Cullman, AL, passed away Monday, December 12, 2011 in his home in Mexico Beach, FL. He was born July 10, 1949 in Cullman, Alabama and was the owner of John Thompson Electric Company. He was an avid Alabama football fan and loved to fish all over the world. He was a member of the Mexico Beach Artificial Reef Association. He is survived by his wife, Bonita Brannan Thompson; and sister, Jane Wood (James) and a host of nieces and nephews. A celebration of John's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Mexico Beach Artificial Reef Association, PO Box 13006, Mexico Beach FL 32410 in memory of John Thompson.
