John Ellsworth Shaffer, 74, of Panama City passed away August 23, 2024, in Panama City. There will be a celebration of life service at 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 1410 Airport Road, Panama City, Florida 32405. A reception will follow the service.
