John Richard Sain, 51, of Panama City, passed away July 14, 2014 at his home. He was born on June 14, 1963 in Pensacola, Florida. He was a 1981 graduate of Bay High School and attended Florida State University. He was an artist that had been blessed with a special talent. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Judy Sain; and his brother, Allen Sain. He is survived by his sister, Mary Jo Vernon (Carl); nephew, Colin Vernon; niece, Mary Judith Vernon; and uncle, Bill Sain (Carol). A graveside service will be held at 11:00 on Saturday, July 19 at Evergreen Memorial Gardens with the Reverend Sean Peters officiating. All friends and family are invited to the Vernon home following the ceremony to celebrate Richard's life.
