John Pascal "Pete" Brannon Jr., 92, of Leesburg, FL passed away on Sunday April 2, 2017.He was born on March 11, 1925 in Panama City, FL to John and Delia Brannon. He was a lifelong resident of Panama City. Pete was a member of the Gulfview United Methodist Church. He served in the United States Navy during World War II. He was a member of the Acme Masonic Lodge #222. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Violet Flanders Brannon; son, Wesley Brannon (Diane); daughter, Karen Ramsey (Terry); four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 2 pm at Gulfview United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gulfview United Methodist Church.
