John F. "Jack" Page, 96, of Panama City, FL died peacefully in his sleep on November 25, 2017 in his home. Jack first served his country in the Conservation Civilian Corps, and then later in WWII as a member of the U.S. Army. After his retirement from Barber's Milk Company, he enjoyed delivering flowers for a local florist, believing no matter the reason, receiving flowers made it a good day.
He was an avid woodworker and furniture restorer. Utilizing traditional methods, he built and renovated numerous projects for businesses and private clients. Jack is survived by his brother Al Page of Michigan; his children Janis, Stanley, Douglas, James, Willie, and their spouses; his 12 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren. He's also survived by the beloved longtime friends of his weekly coffee group.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Lee Miller Page, and his eldest son, John. No memorial service is planned. He will be interned in St. Stephens, AL at a later date. In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions in his honor may be made to the Bay County Humane Society.
