John Franklin Lumley, 66, of Panama City, FL passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023. He was born on March 13, 1956 in Panama City. He served in the United States Navy. He worked as a Master Plumber and was the owner/operator of Lumley Plumbing. He was preceded in death by his father, Huey Virgel Lumley Sr. He is survived by his wife, Linh Phan; two children, John Forrest Lumley, Lindsey Marie Lumley; his mother, Dorothy Lumley; two siblings, Huey Virgel Lumley, Jr. (Patty), Cathy Buschmeyer (Greg) and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 3 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeremy Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-3 pm prior to the service.
