John Thomas Jackson, 68, of Panama City, FL passed away on Thursday, February 3, 2022. He was born on November 13, 1953 in Grand Ridge, FL. He worked as the Fork Lift Operator at Eastern Shipbuilding. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Tinsley & Flora Christine Jackson; son-in-law, Michael John Blanchard; one brother, Robert "Bobby" Jackson. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Jackson; two daughters, Vanessa Ann Joranger, Cynthia Susanne Blanchard; four grandchildren, Kassandra Ann Joranger, Michael Allen Joranger, Kara Ann Petersen, Patrick Jon Blanchard; one brother, Lloyd Howell Jackson. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 10,  2022 at 10 am at St. Dominic Catholic Church with Father Anthony Nguyen officiating. Interment will follow in the Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 9-10 am prior to the service. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make memorial donations to the Warrior Beach Retreat, 10713 Front Beach Rd, Panama City Beach, FL 32407 in memory of John Jackson.
