John B. German, Jr., 87, passed away on April 24, 2026.

He was born May 3, 1938, in Isabella, Tennessee. John will be remembered for his kindness, his devotion to God and his family, and as a proud veteran of the United States Navy.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, Mary Jane German; his sister, Shelby Wilcox; his four children, Michele German, Johnny German (Donna), Marcie German, and Kathie Taylor (Dean); as well as three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 4 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 3-4 p.m. prior to the service.
