John "Skip" Beach, son of C.H. & Cali Beach born in DeFuniak Springs, FL December 23, 1928 entered Heaven's portals on April 10, 2024, where he was greeted by his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and daughter, Iris Ann Hendley. Skip moved to Panama City in 1934. He was a 1947 graduate of Bay High School. He married his high school sweetheart, Dodie, December 28, 1950. He served in the USAF from 1950 to 1954 and in Korea 1952-1953. He was a member of the First Baptist Church and a member of the Joyful Seekers Sunday School Class.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Iris Ann Hendley; his parents and one brother, Richard Beach.

Skip is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Dodie; two sons, Larry Beach and wife, Gloria, Mitch Beach and wife, Trudy of Baton Rouge, LA; five grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 10 am in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens with his son, Larry Beach officiating. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the First Baptist Church, Wounded Warriors, or to your favorite charity in memory of John Beach.
