JoAnn Slifer (Nee Fletcher)

June 13, 1930 – November 11, 2023

Age 93, of Panama City passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at St. Andrews Bay Skilled Nursing Home of Bay County, Florida. Born in Mount Vernon, IL, and lived in Panama City during her later years. JoAnn was a beautiful, loving soul who always looked her best. She will forever be remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Preceded in death by her loving parents, John, and Ruth (Offenstein) Fletcher, sister, Barb McGovern and most loving granddaughter, Sara Elizabeth (Moseley) Marc.

She is survived by son, Gary (Mary) Bechler, daughters, Debra (David) Bradfute and Sondra Cotner; sisters, Becky (Chris) Criscione, Jean Ellis and loving grandchildren, Scott (Lori) Cotner, Jamie Cotner and David (Michelle) Bradfute; numerous extended family members.
