Jo Ann Price, 72, of Panama City, FL passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2021. She was born on October 22, 1948 in Dothan, AL. She was a member of the Red Hat Society. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Robert and Eugenia Cain. She is survived by her husband, Frank Carr Price; three children, Robert Price (Beverly), Julie Richburg (Russell), Jason Price (Nita); five grandchildren, Joshua Richburg, Sara Richburg, Aryssa Price, Hali Stewart, Rance Robertson; six great grandchildren, Lucas Huppman, Lydia Richburg, Gracie Stewart, Raelynn Stewart, Shannon Stewart, Parker Robertson; one brother, David Cain (Kathi). The family will receive friends at Wilson Funeral home on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 from 3-5 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Diabetic Foundation in memory of Jo Ann Price.
