Jo Anne Barron, 64, of Panama City, passed away on Friday, June 13, 2014. She was born on March 2, 1950 in Manchester, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her three sisters, Joyce Cox, Brenda Smith, Robbie Vaughn; and two brothers, Buddy Smith and Terry Smith. She is survived by her husband, Arthur Wayne Barron; six children, Donna Barron, David Barron (Beverly), Jennifer Collins (Shane), Angel Harris (Charlie), Raymond "Buck" Barron, Justin Cole Barron; nine grandchildren; one great grandson; sister, Teresa Stansill; brother, Bob Smith (Barbara); brother-in-law, Art Cox; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, June 16 in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Young officiating. Entombment will follow at the Forest Lawn Chapel of Love Mausoleum. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 1 – 2 prior to the service. The family would like to thank Emerald Coast Hospice for their excellent care and compassion.
