Jo Pat Bailey Vickers, 72, of Panama City, passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2024.  She was born February 28, 1952 in Panama City.  She was a retired educator having worked in the Bay County School System for over 40 years.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul & Ida Mae Bailey and a son, Paul Lucas Vickers; two brothers, Broward Bailey, Fred Bailey; two sisters, Paula Israeloff and Frances Skipper.  She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Alan Vickers Sr.; son, Jimmy Alan Vickers Jr.; sister, Ann Bailey Moore (Bob); two brothers-in-law, Joe Vickers, Terry Vickers, sister-in-law, Joan Harrell ( J.R.); nephews, Aaron Vickers, Joseph Vickers, Britten Moore; nieces, Allie Sweeney and Melissa Moore Jackson.  Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 11, 2024 at 1 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Sandy Stewart officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 noon-1 p.m. prior to the service.  Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
