Jewell Cooper Williams, 77, of Wewahitchka, FL passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021. She was born on August 1, 1944 in Grundy, VA. She was the Owner and Operator of a Shrimp and Bait Business. Jewell was preceded in death by her parents, Burton and Ruby Cooper. She is survived by her husband, Chester Williams; three sisters, Brenda Cash (Robert), Linda McClenney (Dennis) and Patricia Carr (Ronald). Due to Covid-19 the family will be having a private family graveside service.
