JEWEL NEWSOM MEREDITH GEDDES
Mrs. Jewel Newsom Meredith Geddes, 100, of Panama City passed away May 11, 2009. She had been a resident of Bay County most of her life.
She was a wonderful mother full of kindness; she was caring and will be sorely missed.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, the Bay County Retired Teachers Association and the Panama City Rebekah Lodge #15.
Mrs Geddes is survived by her son, Larry Meredith, niece, Lucille Moon, nephews, Johnnie Savage, Eddie Savage, Floyd Savage, Richard Savage, Dennis Moon and Billy Ray Moon.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service.
