Jesse Clay Cogburn Jr., 84, of Panama City, FL passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2022. He was born on August 21, 1937 in Panama City. He was a 1955 graduate of Bay High School and a 1959 graduate of Florida State University. He was the owner and operator of Cogburn Jewelry. He was a member of the Florida State Seminole Booster Board of Trustees, Panama City Jaycees, the Panama City Rotary Club and the Chamber of Commerce. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse Clay Cogburn Sr & Christine Pringel Cogburn; one daughter, Sabrina Cogburn. He is survived by his wife, Trina Cogburn; one son, Christopher Cogburn (Leanne); one brother, Robert Cogburn (Louise); three grandchildren, Christopher Bennett, Blake Bauer (Jennifer), Kassi Miller. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
