Jeffrey A. Jarrett, 59, of Panama City, passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2021 in his home.  He was born May 22, 1962 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.  He had been a resident here since 1975.  He is preceded in death by his mother, Carol Ann Jarrett. He is survived by his wife, Pamela R. Jarrett; two children, Christi Duncan (Andy), Corey Jarrett (Dakota); four grandchildren, Aiden Oliver, Ryan Jarrett, Samuel Jarrett, Laiken Jarrett; father, William S. Jarrett and a sister, Carolyn Lovejoy. There will be no services held and memorialization will be by cremation.
