Jeannie Richter Brown, 77, of Panama City, passed away on Friday, January 22, 2021.  She was born June 26, 1943 in Panama City.  She was a retired child support administrator for the State of Florida.  She was a member of the Hiland Park Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her father, Tommie Richter; her mother, Hazel Richter; sister, Barbara Suggs; two brothers, Ray Richter, Carl "Bucky" Richter.  Jeannie is survived by her husband, Norman Brown, three children, Dave Brown (Amy), Carla Dykes (Doug), Kyle Brown (Cathy); four grandchildren, Allison Dykes, Caroline Dykes, Brandon Brown, Payton Brown; sister, Carolyn Hines (Tommy) and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the Callaway Cemetery with Rev. Carl Fondren officiating.  Pallbearers are Chris Hester, Dan Ward, Andrew Doughty, Drew Dykes, Tom Martin and Greg Fussell. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to the Hiland Park Baptist Church Building Fund.
