JEANNE MARIE FONTAINE PECKHAM

Jeanne Marie Fontaine Peckham, 70, of Lynn Haven, loving wife and best friend of Fred Peckham for 35 years, passed away Thursday, August 23, 2007. She was born August 6, 1937 in Coventry, RI. She was an active member of the Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, the Church Altar Society, and the Fleet Reserve Association Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her parents, Zephir & Lena Fontaine. In addition to her husband, she leaves behind 4 children, Kathy Wright of Cedar Key, FL; Joseph Hillje of Ottumwa, IA; Frederick "Rick" Peckham and wife, Dianna of Bellingham, WA; Michael Peckham and wife, Christina of Keller, TX; 6 grandchildren, Linsey, Crystal, Sammy, Joshua, Rebecca, Michael Jr., 2 great grandchildren, Allyssa and Cameron. A funeral mass will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, located at the corner of Hwy 231 and Julie Drive. Interment will follow in the Lynn Haven Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-7 p.m. Friday with a rosary service to be held at 7 p.m. Those desiring may make a contribution to the Our Lady of the Rosary Building Fund, 5622 Julie Drive, Panama City, FL 32404 in memory of Jeanne Peckham.
