Jay Kevin "Bulldog" Worthington, 55, of Panama City Beach, FL passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020. He was born November 19, 1964 at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. He graduated from Rutherford High School in 1983. He was preceded in death by his father, Howard Worthington. He is survived by his mother, Irene Worthington; one brother, Jon Worthington (Christina); two nieces, Kimberly Chesnutt (Jonathan), Wendy Sorrel; four great nephews, Jonny Chesnutt, Nathan Chesnutt, Ezra Chesnutt and Laith Ajell. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 11 am in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Clyde Ellison officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10-11 am prior to the service.
