Jay Michael Gallina, 46, of Tucson, Arizona, died Sunday, June 29, 2008 in Panama City, FL. He was born June 10, 1962 in Alliance, Ohio. He was an automobile paint and body repairman. He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Gallina. He is survived by his father, Anthony Michael Gallina, stepmother, Lynn Siegfried; sister, Michaelann de los Santos and husband, Roberto; brother, Scott Gallina and wife, Shannon and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
