Jasper Earl Ray, Jr., 73, of Panama City, FL passed away on Friday, July 18, 2025. He was born on June 12, 1952 in Fort Hood, Texas to Mary and Jasper Ray, Sr. He served in the United States Army. Interment will be in the Fort Bliss National Cemetery, El Paso, Texas at a later date.
