"Buddy" Falzone Jr.

Jasper Lee Falzone, Jr., age 83 of Panama City, Florida died Tuesday, January 28, 2020.
He was born in Pensacola, Florida on September 30, 1936 to Jasper Lee, Sr. and Geraldine Scholz Falzone. He attended Catholic High School and graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi. He married his wife Hilda Wise Falzone in 1958 and shared almost 62 years together.
He began his career with Gulf Power in 1960 and transferred to Panama City in 1965 where he stayed 31 years until his retirement in 1996.
His parents, Jasper and Geraldine Falzone, brother, Richard P. Falzone, sister, Maxine Simon preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Hilda Falzone; daughter, Debora Conley (J.D.) and son, Michael Falzone, Sr. (Linna); grandchildren, Adam Pittman, Amanda Conlee (Kaycee), Marianna Frankwitt (William), Jennifer Rushton (Cameron) and Michael Falzone Jr. (Dominique); great grandchildren, Cole Pittman, Brandon Frankwitt, Haven Frankwitt, Harbor Frankwitt, Landon Mooney, Adrianna Rushton, Michael (Trey) Falzone III, Conner Falzone, Emma Falzone and Nico Jasper Falzone. Survivors also include brothers, Albert "Bert" Falzone (Yolanda), Robert Falzone (Trena); sister, Carol Falzone Baker; and a large family of nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held Friday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. in the chapel of Wilson Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in memory of Jasper
on Saturday, February 1 at 10:00 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic church with (Rev.) Kevin McQuone officiating. Burial will follow at the Catholic Cemetery at 1:30 pm.
Asked to serve as pallbearers are Adam Pittman, William Frankwitt, Cameron Rushton, Michael Falzone Jr., Michael Falzone III, Albert Falzone Jr. Honorary pallbearers are L.C. Cattrett, Bill Ronk, James F. Simons, James Commander, Trey Hall, Judge Thomas Ellinor, Willie Killingsworth and Wiley Rakstraw.
He will be remembered as a kind and caring man who loved God, his family and a good debate.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. John Catholic Church.
