Janice Lynnelle Villars, 84, of Panama City, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. She was born on January 15, 1942 in Panama City. She was a member of Lynn Haven Methodist Church. She was a prayer warrior for her family and to those in need. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Larry B. Villars. She is survived by her daughter, Janet Villars Smith (George); son, David Villars (Michelle); six grandchildren, Levi Villars, Matthew Smith, Joshua Villars (Emma), Caleb Villars (Briana), Adam Smith, Andrew Villars; two great grandchildren, Brooke Angela Villars, Spencer Bruce Villars; and one sister, Mary Beth Hester. A private family graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24 at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Taunton Children’s Home, 173 Taunton Family Road, Wewahitchka, FL 32465 in memory of Janice Villars.
