Janice Elizabeth Newberry Kimball Williams, 91, of Panama City Beach, passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 in her home, surrounded by her loving family.  Janice was born September 24, 1933 in Panama City.  She was a 1951 graduate of Bay High School.  She retired from the civil service at Mare Island Naval Shipyard in Vallejo, California in 1994.  Janice was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Millville.  She was preceded in death by her parents, William Ralph & Lucille Turner Newberry; her first husband, Ronald Allen Kimball, Sr.; second husband, Jack Williams; three sisters, Judy Cleghorn, Elaine Lawrence, and Diane Newberry; a brother, Ralph Newberry; and two great-grandchildren, Jonathon and Elizabeth. She is survived by four children: Ronnie Kimball (Debbie) of Nashville, Sandi Hudnall (Ron) of Indianola, Iowa, Wendi Bassett of Panama City Beach, and Tim Kimball of Baltimore; brother-in-law, Charles "Buddy" Lawrence; sister-in-law Molly Newberry; 11 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Craig Brannon officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service.  Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery.  Those desiring may make memorial donations to the Immanuel Baptist Church in memory of Janice Williams.
