Janet "Sue" W. Cothran, 89, of Lynn Haven, FL passed away on August 16, 2025. She was born on March 9, 1936 in Rock Hill, South Carolina to Oscar and Martha Wolfe. Sue was a former member of First Baptist Church in Decatur, AL and a current member of First Baptist Church of Panama City. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph "Joe" H. Cothran and her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Judy Edwards (husband, Jerry Edwards, Jr.); granddaughter, Michelle Mullins (husband, Cal Mullins); grandson, Joey Vandergriff; great grandchildren, Anna Kate and Caroline Mullins. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 10 am in the Lynn Haven Cemetery with Rev. Dr. David Hecht officiating. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to Samaritans Purse.
