Jan Hand Allan, 72, of Panama City, FL passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. She was born on June 30, 1951 in Dothan, AL to Thomas Bernard Hand Jr. and Juvene Hodges Hand. She worked as a Bookkeeper for PM&S Company and also Home Accents. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Allan Jr., her grandson, Trevor Adkins and her parents. She is survived by her two children, Jena (Sheely) Adkins and Chris Sheely. She is also survived by her sister, Teresa Toon and nephew Christopher Toon. She was also the proud Nana to her four grandchildren. Blake and Brooke Adkins of Fort Myers, FL. and Von and Aidan Sheely of Panama City, FL. There will be no services held at this time.
