Jamie Richard Smith, 44, of Lynn Haven, FL passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2025. He was born in Panama City on March, 27, 1980 to Ricky Smith and Jan McNiel (Smith) Nelson. He was preceded in death by his father, Ricky Smith; grandparents, WA and Juanita McNiel, Harry (Smitty) Smith and Katie Sue North; uncles, Ronnie L. Smith and Joe Alan McNiel. He is survived by his mother, Jan M. Nelson; brothers, Joseph Smith, Christopher Nelson, Eric Nelson (Kristen), Patrick Nelson (Mary); step-father, Guy Nelson (Belinda Sue); nephews, Dominic, Dillon, Jacob, Jonathen, Benjamin; niece, Emily; aunts, Amy Mason (Ed), Mary McNiel, Beth Barnes (Ricky), Cynthia Denham (Corky) and Charles E. Nelson (Ann) and many loved and cherished family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 10, 2025 at 6 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-6 pm prior to the service.
