James Allen Tiller, 69, of Panama City Beach, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2015. He was born January 1, 1946 in Panama City. He leaves behind his wife, Paige Hill-Tiller. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 5-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to The Nature Conservancy 4245 North Fairfax Drive, Suite 100 Arlington, VA 22203-1606 or to the Panama City Beach Library Foundation, 12500 Hutchison Blvd, Panama City Beach 32407 in memory of Jim Tiller.
