James Roy O'Neal, 74, of Panama City, FL., passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017.   He was born in Panama City, graduated from Bay High School and was a Newspaper Printer by trade.     He was preceded in death by his parents LeRoy and Abbie O'Neal.    He is survived by two sons, Ryan Caporale (Deborah) and Jason Cafferty (Amy); a  brother, Jerry O'Neal; a sister, Annette Rash;  five grandchildren; one nephew; two nieces; one great-niece. Special thank you to Dr. Andrew Webber, Dr. William Dent, and Emerald Coast Hospice for their loving care.   Graveside Services will be held Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 10 am at Evergreen Memorial Gardens with Chaplain Craig Brannen officiating.   In lieu of  flowers memorial donations can be made to Emerald Coast Hospice Care.
