James "Jimmy" McKinley Givens, 55, of Panama City Beach, FL passed away on Sunday June 24, 2018. He was born on August 12, 1962 in Defuniak Springs, FL. Jimmy recently retired from the City of Panama City Beach after 25 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Frankie Audra Givens and son, Chase McKinley Givens.
