James “Jim” Ford Zediker III, 83 years old, went to be with his Lord on Sunday May 24 2026 at home surrounded by his family.

He attended Bay High School Class of 1960 and University of Florida. He worked for International Paper Company for 36 years. During this time, he worked and traveled for them throughout the United States and abroad.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ford and Inez Zediker, father-in-law Robert “Bob” Gainer, brother-in-law, Gerald Gainer, sister-in-law, Glenda Fussell.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years Ann Gainer Zediker, two sons Ford Zediker (Janet), Craig Zediker (Elaine), two sisters, Maris McQuagge and Glenda Evans, brother, Art Zediker (Deitra), seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, mother-in-law, Odeal Gainer, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 25th, 2026, at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service.
