JAMES GLOVER HIPKINS
James Glover "Jim" Hipkins., Ret. Master Sergeant, 61, of Panama City, passed away, Wednesday, October 3, 2007. He was born on July 3, 1946 in Quincy, Illinois. He is survived by his daughter, Stacy Michelle Hipkins Duncan and husband, Kevin Duncan, son, James G. Hipkins, Jr., brother, Frank Hipkins and his wife, Frances, nephew, Mark Hipkins, cousins, Dorothy Bryant and her husband, George, Carol Murray, Wayne Murray and many other friends and loved ones. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6 – 8 p.m.
