JAMES KENNETH DOTSON
James Kenneth Dotson, 82, of Panama City, died September 17, 2008 in a local nursing home. He had been a resident of Panama City for 6 years, moving here from Dacula, Georgia. He loved to travel and had been around the World several times; he also loved Alaska and lived there for 8 years. He was preceded in death by two sons, James Allan Dotson and Rickey Darrell Dotson and grandson, James Dudley Dotson. He is survived by his daughter, Priscilla Ethridge and husband David of Panama City Beach, his son, Dennis Dwight Dotson and wife Edna, former wife and mother of his four children, Kathleen Dotson, all of Marietta, Georgia, 6 grandchildren, Candace Pearson, Mart Shane Hicks, William Thomas Holland Jr., Allan Keith Dotson, Brian Dotson and Justin Dotson, 2 great grandchildren, Nathan Pearson and Zackary Dotson. Mr. Dotson will be interred in Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia with military honors.
