JAMES RYAN DARNELL

James Ryan Darnell, 28, of Lynn Haven, passed away Thursday, September 28, 2006. He was born on January 15, 1978 in Panama City, Florida. He was a 1996 graduate of Mosley High School. Ryan was a fun loving young man who loved golf and FSU football. He was a sales associate at Gulf Marine. He loved his family and friends. He is survived by his mother, Vicki Granberry and her husband Frank, of Headland, Alabama; his father, Jimmy Darnell and his wife Tammy, of Lynn Haven; sister, Jamie Bengston and her husband Derrick, of Atlanta, GA; paternal grandparents, Frank and Kitty Darnell of Panama City; maternal grandparents, Marvette and Ruth Marshall, of Headland, Alabama; aunt, Gayle and Rick Scales, of Dothan, Alabama; uncles, Frank Darnell, Jr. and his wife Margaret of Pensacola, FL; Doug Darnell and his wife Laura, of Panama City; Tom Darnell of Dothan, AL; Jack Marshall and wife Lisa, of Headland, AL; step sister, Megan Berry; step brothers, Kevin Berry, Chad Granberry and Dustin Granberry; nieces, Alex, Aubrey and Abigail Seay; cousins, Troy Darnell, Paul Darnell, Matt Darnell, Amy Darnell Hurst, Joey Darnell, Stacy Darnell, Adrienne Darnell, Shane and Michelle Scales, Amanda, Amy and Adam Marshall, Brooke and Blake Smith. Local funeral services will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Hayward L. Miller officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday at the funeral home from 2 – 4 p.m. A funeral service will also be held on Monday at 3 p.m. at Hebron Baptist Church in Headland, Alabama, with visitation from 2-3 p.m. Interment will follow in Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery.
