James "Jim" Clifton Green Sr., 58, of Panama City, passed away on December 24, 2016 at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida due to complications of Congestive Heart Failure.    He was born on October 24, 1958 in Bainbridge, Maryland to Bobby Dean & Mary Frances Green.  He worked as a cabinet maker throughout his adult life.   He owned and operated his own cabinet shop for over 15 years, until his retirement due to health issues. He is survived by his wife, Penny Green; 5 children: Shannon, Barbara, Bailey, Jaime, & James Jr.; Mother, Mary Frances Lacy; Sister: Linda Rogers; 3 step-children: Samantha, Jacklyn, and Bo; 3 grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 AM in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 10-10:45 AM prior to the service.
