Jack T. McKinney, 87 of Panama City, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2022 at his home.  He was born December 10, 1934 in Esto, Florida and served in the United States Air Force.  Jack began his career as a fireman for Panama City and eventually retired as the Fire Chief for Callaway Fire Department.  He was preceded in death by his parents, John & Pearl McKinney; a brother, Don; two sisters, Margaret and Janice.  He is survived by his wife Liz McKinney, children, Rochelle Priest (Joe), Terry McKinney, Janet Waters (Brion), grandchildren, Dustin Priest, Cody Priest, sister, Sue Burgans, brother, Joe McKinney, cousins, Harrel McKinney, Max McKinney, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.  Jack was honored to have served with his fellow firefighters especially his family at Callaway Fire Department.  A celebration of life service to be determined at a later date.
