JACK PATRICK MASON

Jack Patrick Mason, 86, of Panama City, went to be with the Lord, Friday, October 24, 2008. Jack served his country during WWII as an AOC in the United States Navy. He was a Petroleum Chemist with the Department of Defense for 46 years and a lifelong Shriner. Jack was preceded in death by his loving wife of 54 years, Charity Mae, and his great-granddaughter Julianna Salazar. Left to cherish his memory are his three children, Nick C. Mason of Biloxi, MS, JoLinda Kay of Panama City, and Melodie S. Fidler of Panama City; six grandchildren: Lance Mason, Laura Powell, JoLynn Barroso, Melissa Sanders, Stephanie Harrah, and Tommy Danley; 11 great grandchildren: Gregory, Marella, and Joseph Barroso, Perry, Shane, and Lance White, Marleigh and Trenton Sanders, Micheal Harrah, Macey Davis, and Cheyanne Danley. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 26 in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.
