IRENE THOMAS TOSKE
Irene Thomas Toske, 91, of Lynn Haven, Florida, passed away October 9, 2011. She had been a resident of Bay County since 1943, moving here from Blakely, Georgia. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Panama City, the Woman's Club, and the Panama City Country Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Toske; brothers, Benjamin Harvey Thomas, Jack Anderson Thomas and Waymon Franklin Thomas. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Melanie Chitwood and husband, John of Lipan, TX, Mack Thomas and wife Leigh, of Hahira, GA, Frank Thomas, Janie White and husband Jon, all of Blakely, GA, Marsha Thomas, of Atlanta, GA and numerous other relatives. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Clyde Ellison officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10 – 11 a.m. prior to the service. A graveside service will be held at 4 p.m. EDT on Wednesday in the Blakely City Cemetery, Blakely, Georgia. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the First Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 1200, Panama City, FL 32402 or to your favorite charity.
