Ima Jean White, 72, of Port St. Joe, Florida passed away December 20, 2020. She was born on January 3, 1948 in Port St. Joe, Florida to Noah Dean and Alma Allen. She was a retired business office supervisor for the phone company. She was a member of the St Peter's Anglican Church in Port St. Joe. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, James "Pete' White. She is survived by two daughters, Monica French Dotson (Rob) and Jessica White; three granddaughters, Courtney Knox (Chris), Miranda Burkett, and Haleigh McDaniel; three great grandchildren, Tripp, Nellie Kate and Shaw Michael; four siblings, Larry Allen (Shirley), Sue Ann Kennington (Buddy), Bruce Allen (Gwen) and Clara Landry (Trey); and numerous nieces and nephews. A "going away party" service will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. EST at the City of Port St. Joe Lighthouse with Father Lou Little officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations to be made to the St. Peter's Anglican Church in Port St. Joe in memory of James "Pete" and Ima Jean White.
