HOUSTON COLEMAN MALONE

Houston Coleman "C.H." Malone, 88, of Panama City, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at the Chester Sims Veterans Nursing Home. He was born April 17, 1925 in Crooked Oak, Alabama to Houston and Lydia Mae Malone. He had been a resident of Panama City since 1955. He served in the United States Army during World War II. He was the owner and operator of Malone's Transmission. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Cotton Malone; daughter, Diane Malone; five stepchildren, Deanne Coffield (Chris), Sharon Wilkinson (Erl), Gregg Walton (Evette), Randy Walton, Christi Jacquay (Steve); eight grandchildren, John Paul Duarte, Michelle Campbell (Jon), Nick Wilkinson, Erling Wilkinson Jr., Joyce Walton, Dale Walton (Roni), Scott Jacquay, Courtney Jacquay; great grandchildren, Ethan Campbell, Aarron Campbell, Sophia Walton, Zachary Walton, and Pavlos Wilkinson; two brothers, Amos Malone, Robert Malone; and sisters, Faye Kennett (Sonny), Lenise Cagel; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1-2 p.m. Saturday prior to the service. Those desiring may make memorial donations to Covenant Hospice, 107 W. 19th St., Panama City, FL 32405 or to Warrior Beach Retreat, P.O. Box 19555, Panama City Beach, FL 32417 in memory of Coleman "C.H."Malone.
