HENRY ALBERT WATERS, II.
Henry Albert "Al" Waters, II, 52, of Panama City Beach, died Sunday, July 27, 2008 in a local nursing home. He was born September 20, 1955 in Moultrie, Georgia to Henry and Bernice Waters. He worked as an Archivist for Wellstream. He was a member of Gulf Beach Baptist Church. He is survived by his friend, Vicky Barnhill, of Panama City, sister, Janice Spradley and husband Robert, brother, Jimmy Waters and wife Faye, nieces and nephews, Katie Skeen and husband Michael, all of Norman Park, GA, Jim Waters and wife Wendy, of Warwick, GA, Lincoln Dawson, Baconton, GA, Alice Rooks and husband Kevin, of Moultrie, GA, Matt Dawson and wife Amanda, of Camilla, GA, great nieces and nephews, Jaylan Skeen, Maci Dawson, Garett Rooks, Payton Rooks and Tyler Waters. A memorial service will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Virgil Tillman officiating.
