Obituary
Henry F. Millaway (Hank) passed away Friday August 13th, 2010 with his family by his side. He was born on May 15th, 1923 in Charlotte, NC.
Hank was preceded in death by his mother, Mable Link Millaway, father Rudolph Clement Millaway, and nephew John Harris all of North Carolina. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Dorothy Dowling Millaway (Dot), daughter Judy Lynn Maulbeck and husband Ray C. Maulbeck, son Steve D. Millaway and wife Jeannie H. Millaway, granddaughter Christina A. Maulbeck, all of Panama City, FL., and by his sister Mary Harris and three nephews in North Carolina.
Hank was a Methodist by faith and retired after 23 years in the US Air Force followed by 12 years as an instrument technician on aircraft at Tyndall AFB in Panama City, FL. Hank loved his country and served in both WWII and Vietnam.
The family would like to thank the staff of Clifford Sims Veterans Nursing Home and Emerald Coast Hospice for their faithful and compassionate care, also Donna and Jill for their loving care.
As requested by Hank and his family there will be a private service at a later date. Those desiring may make a donation to Emerald Coast Hospice at 2925 Martin Luther King Blvd., Panama City, FL 32405 or the Humane Society of Bay County at 1048 W. 23rd St., Panama City, FL 32405.
