REV. HENRY GORDON "DICK" SNELLGROVE
Rev. Henry Gordon "Dick" Snellgrove, 79, of Waycross, GA, passed away Sunday, October 31, 2010 in Panama City. He was born November 30, 1930 in Fitzgerald, Georgia. He served as a Nazarene pastor for 46 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Snellgrove and daughter, Sally Ann Snellgrove. He is survived by his two sons, Rick Snellgrove and wife Elaine, Jeffry Snellgrove and wife, Robin; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sister, Gilda Bonnett and husband, Emmett; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services in Panama City will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with the family receiving friends at the funeral home from 9 – 10 a.m. prior to the service. Funeral services in Georgia will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Music Funeral Home, Waycross, GA with the family receiving friends from 10 – 11 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery, Waycross, GA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Suwannee Holiness Camp Assoc, c/o Manolia Jones, 417 Nitram Street, Jacksonville, FL 32211.
