Helen Faye Breedlove, 88, of Panama City, FL passed away on Sunday January 13, 2019. She was born on March 22, 1930 in Panama City, FL to W.E. and Vertie Mae Sellars. She was a bookkeeper for the Sheriffs office and an Electric Company. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Breedlove Sr. and her parents. She is survived by her son, Arthur E. Breedlove Jr.; one granddaughter, Abby Sanchez and one niece, Liz Breedlove. Graveside services will be held on Friday January 18, 2019 at 2pm at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Honorary pallbearers will be the Bay High School Class of 1947. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to Tender Love and Care, 1241 North East Ave, Panama City, FL 32401 in memory of Helen Breedlove.
