HEATHER MCARTHUR WINSTANLEY DVONCH
Heather McArthur Winstanley Dvonch, died November 9, 2009 in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the age of 40 years.
Heather was born September 12, 1969 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She attended Northside Elementary School in Panama City, graduated from Forest High School in Ocala, FL and Philips Business College in New Orleans, LA. She worked many years for Clear Channel Broadcasting Company in Savannah, Georgia and Colorado Springs, CO. She was active in the Military Family Readiness Group. She was currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Forensic Science.
Heather is survived by her husband, SFC Scott Dvonch; her mother, Fran Santos and husband, Paul; her father, Charles Winstanley and wife Carlie. Also surviving are her brother, Shaun Winstanley and wife Dorene; nieces, Channon Perry and Stephanie Winstanley; nephews, Josh and Celly Perry; many aunts, uncles, cousins, step-brothers and step-sisters.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tully Hunter officiating. Interment will follow in the Lynn Haven Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m.
